Instructions
Used hot or cold, our Heated Neck Wrap is simple to use and comes with a protective bag for when heating or freezing. Simply place your Heated Neck Wrap in its protective bag and place In the microwave for 30-60 seconds depending on your heating preference. Once heated, carefully remove it from the microwave and use your hand to check the temperature before placing around your neck and shoulders.
