Ways to Use
Best used as a dressing and for general cooking. Melrose Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a delicate flavour with fresh grassy tones and mild peppery notes. Light in colour with a fresh herbaceous aroma.
- When to use this oil? Cooking at low temperatures, drizzle over salads and as a finishing oil.
- Smoke point - low. Can be heated to approximately 160°C.
