Packaging

We are mindful of the packaging used to ship your orders and will only use as much packaging material as necessary to protect your items from damage.

We don't buy new packaging unnecessarily, and where possible, reuse the packaging materials we receive to pack your orders.

If you receive bubble wrap in your delivery, it is reused from deliveries sent to us. It's not the perfect solution, but at least gets another use from it and has been chosen as the better option to protect your products in transit. Hopefully you are able to get another use from it at your end as well.

If you have white packing peanuts in your delivery, these are also reused and are a completely biodegradable wheat and potato starch mixture. They can be dissolved at home in water and will not damage pipes or pollute the environment when washed away.
